His background is in molecular biology research and his approach is holistic; this means his work stretches beyond the gym to address how his athletes eat, sleep, recover, and manage their stress and relationships.

In other words, zero random workouts, no complicated dieting, and no shortcuts—just effective, data-driven training.

Noah has coached competitive CrossFit athletes and ultramarathon runners, as well as weekend warriors and busy professionals who have never had a relationship with fitness. His specialties include coaching distance running, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting.
